Due to the ongoing Canada Post labour disruption, there may be delays in receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

 

Currently, we send products for delivery twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays.  We use Canada Post and courier shipping with UPS and will utilize whichever carrier has the best rate.

Deliveries typically take 3-7 business days to arrive within Canada and up to 10-14 days in the US.  The time it takes is dependent on your location, the weather, seasonal holidays, and world events.

PLEASE NOTE: if you live in an apartment/condo, you must provide us with your buzzer information to ensure your package is properly delivered.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through the FurBabies website, please contact us via email at info@furbabiesco.com  Once approved, simply return the item in the original packaging and in as-new condition (with original receipt) within 60 days* to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued as follows: Visa or MasterCard back to the original card used.
